Saturday

  • Day begins at 12:30 pm 

  • Hot Yoga Practice 12:30-3:00pm

  • Lunch at 3:30pm. Menu: Beet, goat cheese + arugula salad. Citrus dressing. Chicken + Alphabits soup

  • Meditation, Breathwork & Yin class 4:30-5:30pm

  • Deep Stretch 5:30-6:30pm

  • Day ends at 6:30 pm

Sunday

  • Starts at 12:30 pm

  • Vinyasa yoga practice 12:30-3:00pm

  • Lunch at 3:30 pm. Menu: Tomato Soup + grilled cheese sandwich. 

  • Warm Meditation, Breathwork & Yin class 4:30 - 5:30pm

  • Spa Rejuvination & Self-care workshop 5:30-6:00 pm

  • Day ends at 6:00 pm
