Tuesday 12/6 - 6:30 pm Bikram Yoga

Wednesday 12/7 - 7:00 pm Vinyasa Yoga

Thursday 12/8 - 7pm Restorative Yoga

Friday 12/9 - 12pm Guided Meditation

Saturday 12/10 - 10:30am Bikram Yoga 12pm Yoga Conditioning

Experience a variety of classes.

Learn new relaxation techniques. Meditations, mantras, breathing techniques and mudras.
