Mix it up!! You will never know what to expect with this class. One week may be meditation, the next week chanting, the following drills. This variety half hour class acts as a brief introduction to the more esoteric side of yoga. You won't know what's to come so bring your open mind ready to learn, experience and have fun! Taught right before Bikram this class acts as a perfect complement. Come for variety hour, stay for bikram!
